By opting into our program via our website forms, you agree to receive recurring automated and manual text messages at the phone number provided.

2. Opt-Out and Help
You have full control over your participation in our SMS program:To Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any text message received from us. You will receive one final message confirming your unsubscribed status. After this, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-subscribe.For Help: Reply HELP to any text message for more information, or contact our support team at [Your Phone Number] or via email at [Your Email Address].

3. Carrier Liability
Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Canadian carriers like Rogers, Bell, and Telus) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Conduct
You agree to provide a valid mobile number for which you are the owner or primary user. You agree to notify us immediately if you change or deactivate your mobile number.

5. Privacy and Data Security
Your use of our SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Specifically, regarding SMS: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with service providers (aggregators) strictly necessary to deliver our text messaging services to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the SMS program will be error-free or that messages will always be delivered. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ripple Property Management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our SMS services or website.
